Torque Limiters for direct drives

Design:
With a single radial clamping screw per hub.

Temperature range:
-30 to +120° C

Backlash:
Zero backlash connection trough the R+W patented preload design.

Service life:
These torque limiters and safety couplings are maintenance-free and have extreme service life as long as the performance limits are not exceeded.

Material:
Bellows made of highly elastic stainless steel.
Torque limiter section: High strength hardened steel.
Clamping hubs: up to series 80 aluminium from serries up 150 steel.

Optional sealed version for wash down
and foodservice application.

  • shaft diameter from 3 - 75 mm
