Miniature Bellows Coupling Model MK6 with clamp hub
and expanding shaft from 0.5-10 Nm

Design:
One side an expanding shaft with tapered clamping element. On one site a clamping hub. Backlash-free, blind mate press-fit connection (glass-fiber reinforced plastic).

Temperature range:
-30°C to +120°C (3.6 F to 270 F)

Backlash:
Absolutely backlash-free.

Service life:
R+W couplings have an infinite life and are maintenance-free if the tolerances are not exceeded.

Fit tolerance:
On the hub/shaft connection 0.01 to 0.05 mm.

Material:
Bellows are made of flexible, high-grade stainless steel. The hubs are made from aluminium.

Non-standard application:
Custom designs with varied tolerances, keyways, non-standard material and bellows are available upon request.
