Line Shaft Model EZ2
with split clamping hub from 12 - 2,150 Nm

Design:
Split coupling hubs are concentrically machined with concave driving jaws. Elastomer inserts are available in shore hardness 98 A or 64 D (see discription).
The two coupling elements are connected with a precise and concentrically machined aluminum tube.

Temperature range:
-30 to +120° C (3.6 F to 270)
The temperature range depends the choosen Elastomer insert.

Backlash:
Absolutely backlash-free.

Fit tolerance:
On the hub/shaft connection 0.01 to 0.05 mm.

Material:
Clamping hub: high strength aluminum.
Elastomer ring: precision molded wear resistant, and thermally stable polymer.
Intermediate tube: precision machined aluminum tube, steel or composite tube are upon request available.

Service life:
R+W couplings are maintenance-free and have an infinite life if the
tolerances are not exceeded.

Non-standard application:
Custom designs with varied tolerances, keyways and non-standard material are available upon request.
